AND WE’RE STILL LOOKING FOR HELP to SET UP!   We have been so grateful in having a man help us to get the 5-6 tables and approx. 40 grey chairs out each week at about 2.00 p.m. on 'Messy Church’ days – each Tuesday afternoon in school term time.  Unfortunately he is unable to do it this year.  Are there one or two people free who could assist?  It doesn’t take long, but makes a world of difference to our work load.  Please contact Christine McCutchion. 01737 553681 if you think you might be able to help us.

THE ALPHA COURSE IS STARTING…   this Thursday 28th September in The Rectory and will run every Thursday until December 7th, with a day away on Saturday 4th November.  The evening begins at 7.30 p.m. with a meal, then we watch a video on some aspect of Christianity, and the rest of the evening is a time of discussion on what we have watched.  If you would like to take part in the course, let me know this morning or just drop me a line or phone me: (01737 552152).  You can also find out more about Alpha on the Course website:      Paul

in homes in our Parish – see Tim for details – Yr7&8 only – Fun, food and serious Bible topics... see Tim or message him straight away if you’re interested 07986 297189 (Please tell a parent/guardian that you are enquiring.)
