THANK YOU …       to everyone who supported the Table Top Fair in the Church last Saturday (18th) – those who had ‘tables’, provided refreshments, helped with the children’s activities, helped to set up and clear away and those who came to visit.  It was a good morning with a lively ‘buzz’ and the profit so far is 341.44 for St. John’s repairs and church funds.

[If someone would be willing and able to take the unsold items from the Church Stall to a charity shop, that would be most helpful.  Please see Carole Caddick or Wendy in the Office.  Thank you.]

HELP STILL NEEDED!

1.  Our lovely team of people who welcome and look after those who come for Baptism services at 12.15 p.m. on the first Sunday of most months (and sometimes the third Sunday) is in need of some more help.  If you would like to join them – even for just some of the services – and are available from about 11.45 a.m.-1.00 pm. or would like to find out more, please speak to Claire Taylor or contact the Parish Office 01737 552461 or stjohns@coulsdon.net .

2.   Could you fill one of the two gaps on our Sunday morning Coffee Rota?  You would be part of a small team (probably with two others) serving tea and coffee after the 9.30 a.m. service – about four times a year.  To offer your help or find out more, please speak to Carole Caddick (01737 558936).
